4liters of water

Half a kilogram of chopped tomatoes in an electric mixer

Half a cup of chopped green parsley

A quarter cup of olive oil

Half a cup of chopped celery

Two medium sized onions, finely chopped

Four tablespoons of canned tomato paste

Half a tea spoon of cinnamon

A teaspoon of obesity

A teaspoon of black pepper

One and a half tablespoon of salt, or to taste

:The method

Bring a large pressure cooker, put it on the stove, and put olive oil in it to warm, then add: onions, ginger, meat, parsley, salt, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon and celery, with continuous stirring for five minutes

Then we add the tomatoes mixed with the electric mixer, the chickpeas, ghee, lentils, tomato paste, and water, stir them a little, then close the pressure cooker tightly, for an hour

After an hour, remove the cooker from the heat, remove its cover, then put the saucepan on the fire again, but the fire is calm, then add both: the flour mixed with water in an electric mixer, and the noodles, while stirring well

We leave the saucepan over a quiet boil for half an hour, with constant stirring between one minute and the next. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and serve the Harira hot
