
Pickled green olives
Two cloves of garlic
A little parsley
Juice of half a lemon
A teaspoon of chili powder
A small spoon of ground cumin
A little soft thyme
A quarter cup of olive oil
:The method
Put pickled green olives in a deep bowl and add chopped garlic and chopped parsley
Then add a few soft thyme leaves, cumin, chili powder, lemon juice and olive oil, mix well
We leave the olives in this marinade for at least an hour, then serve it as an appetizer or accompanying dish alongside one of the main dishes
