:Ingredients 

400g brown lentils (red)


1 medium onion, chopped


3 garlic cloves, minced


Two tomatoes, chopped


A tablespoon of tomato paste


3 tablespoons of olive oil


Spoon chopped parsley


Half a teaspoon of ground cumin


Salt and black pepper


1 liter of water


:The method

Wash the lentils well, and put them in the saucepan (pressure cooker). Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Stir all, then add the water. Cover the pot and leave it on medium heat for 30 minutes


After that, add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Pour the lentils into a serving dish, then serve hot
