Small definition of Baghrir

Baghrir is a Moroccan and Algerian pastry and in this artical we
will teach you how to make it with easy

  Ingredients

2semolina cups 
1cups of flour
5cups of water
4grams baking powder
4grams soft yeast 
salt
the same cup in all ingredients*

The way

We mix semolina, flour ,baking powder, soft yeast and sall very well after that we add warm water and mix them well after that we put this mixtur in blender let it brew after fermentation we take a non-stick frying pan when it warms up take the amount of a cup of that mixture and put it in the frying pan leave it until it begins to form holes 
and cook well then remove it

.You can decorate it with honey and butter or chocolate
